Joins us in Experience-Gaining Program

Recently, we conducted interviews for software programmer, HR, and business development positions. While many candidates had completed full-stack development courses and invested significantly in training, we observed that they lacked practical knowledge and confidence, particularly during coding assessments. To address this gap, we are introducing an “Experience-Gaining Program” aimed at providing freshers and graduates with hands-on industry exposure. This initiative will enable participants to work on live projects in real-time environments, helping them build practical skills and gain confidence in applying their knowledge effectively.

Through this program, freshers and graduates will gain valuable experience by working on live projects in real-time environments. Participants will develop skills in software analysis, design, coding, testing, presentation, implementation, debugging, support, documentation, and full-stack development. They will collaborate with our team on real software modules, ensuring practical exposure and industry readiness.

The program offers two streams :
1. Software Programmer Trainee (Freshers and Graduates)
2. HR and Business Development Trainee (Freshers and Graduates)

The duration of the program is four months. During this period, no salary or stipend will be provided. A one-time, non-refundable fee of ₹25,000 per candidate will be collected to cover program-related expenses. Upon successful completion, participants will gain industry-relevant knowledge, practical experience, and exposure to full-stack development. Outstanding performers may also be considered for placement opportunities within our company

1 . Software Programmer Trainee (Fresher and Graduate)

  • QUALIFICATION
    • Engineering : B.E / M.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, ECE, or EEE
    • Computer Applications : B.C.A / M.C.A
    • Science & Diploma : B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science or Mathematics, or Diploma in Computer Science
  • SKILL REQUIRED
    • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is mandatory.
    • Knowledge of Bootstrap, Java, React, React Native, MySQL, Node.js and Python will be an added advantage.
    • Understanding of software development lifecycle
    • Problem‑solving and debugging skills
    • Ability to work in a team and adapt to new technologies
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Writing and testing clean, efficient code
    • Assisting in software design and development
    • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
    • Creating user support materials
    • Flexible to work in any IT-related role
    • Provide support and training to customers
    • Preparing and presenting demonstrations
    • Collaborating with senior developers on live projects
  • DURATION AND FEES OF THE PROGRAM
    • Four months (no salary or stipend during this program).
    • A one-time, non-refundable fee of Rs. 25000 will be collected to cover program-related expenses
    • During this program, you will be learning and working with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, React, Node.js and MySQL
    • Outstanding performers may also be considered for placement opportunities within our company
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS
    • Tamil and English with good communication skills (mandatory), Malayalam and other languages will be considered an added advantage.

2 . HR and Business Development Trainee (Fresher and Graduate)

  • SKILL REQUIRED
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Basic knowledge of digital communication tools (email, chat, social media).
    • Good Presentation skills
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
    • identifying new business opportunities and strategies
    • identifying marketing statergies for current digital technology
    • identifying industry trends, competitors and customer needs
    • Handling customer issues calmly and effectively.
    • Active listening to understand customer needs.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries from clients.
    • Identify potential clients through research and networking.
    • Preparing presentations and proposals
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
    • flexible and capable of working in any IT-related HR and business development role.
